Clutch disk are still in very good condition

How is the pedal effort and engagement with this vs stock? Does this one require the spacer/adapter for the slave cylinder like the r3c?

The pedal is a bit stiffer than stock and the engagement is smooth.
You do not need a spacer to run this clutch.
