Default GTM Stage 1 Supercharger kit + oil cooler supplement

Up for sale is a GTM Stage 1 Supercharger Kit, a GTM 25R (Setrab core) oil cooler, and the GTM oil cooler supplement. The kit was professionally installed in August of 2011 and removed by myself in May/June 2014. I put 27k total miles on the kit and made 419-WHP/350-WTQ@8PSI on a custom tune.

Please read everything below carefully before considering purchasing the kit.

The Rotrex C38-81 supercharger is making noise. It’s not terminal level noise yet, but the unit operates under extremely tight clearances. You will need to get a new SC head unit. The correct model is the Rotrex C38-81 supercharger. Typically, a new order for the SC head comes with a liter of traction fluid, a new filter, and a new oil reservoir. So you should have everything to complete the entire kit.

You can order a replacement Rotrex C38-81 here and here. I have ordered parts from both vendors and experienced great service.

EDIT
Includes an Osiris Standard cable with the license on the cable. I just reflashed back to stock and unmarried the cable. The upgrade fee (per UpRev) from Standard to Tuner is $200.


GTM “spare” parts that are included:
  • GTM color installation manual for the Stage 1 kit
  • One new Bando drive belt for GTM Stage 1 SC kit (GTM-00115-030-71040)
  • A complete GTM Oil Filter Relocation Adapter Seal Kit (includes 1 each, GTM-00115-03-23 GTM SC Oil Adapter o-ring (small), GTM-00115-03-36 GTM SC Oil Adapter Screw o-ring, & GTM-00115-03-53 GTM SC Oil Adapter o-ring. These are the seals for the oil filter adapter.
  • One new spare GTM Slim Oil Filter Relocation Adapter (uses the seals above)
  • GTM windshield washer reservoir (just a smaller reservoir, you will have to fabricate brackets to use it) along with the OEM pump and wiring.
  • Two spare K&N air filters so you can rotate filters on the change interval

Customizations:
  • The 25R Setrab engine oil cooler has a 6.5” SPAL cooling fan attached (SPAL fan relay harness is included, but you will have to do some minor customization to use it)
  • The Setrab Rotrex oil cooler has dual 4” SPAL cooling fans attached (SPAL fan relay harness is included, but you will have to do some minor customization to use it)
  • Simple bracket that braces the oil cooler with the Rotrex cooler for better stability
  • Two direct replacement on/off switches that replace the “blanks” in the center console

What you don’t have to modify from the GTM install instructions:
  • The fuel pump included is a drop in for the Stage 1 SC kit; the one included has already been modified with the Walbro pump. So all of the GTM modifications outlined in the install instructions have already been completed on the fuel pump. So you just drop in the fuel pump and your are done with it.
  • You might want to add GTM Fuel Pump Voltage Stabilizer installation. Here is a link to my DIY

My asking price for all of the kit: $3000 + $250 shipping (includes PayPal fee). Add a new SC from Jackson Racing or URD and you are pretty much in the FI’ed club.
