Need one shipped to Texas. Last one I bought was way too rusted to adjust the center nut part thingy. Need one that can be used without too much fighting.

Is this the one you sold to me?

Geez, thanks, I was not made aware of this before I purchased it. I did notice it had some rust on it, luckily I haven't had to use this yet

Nah, not that I was aware of anyway. I just couldn't get it loose and my hubby was no help at the time.
