I haven't had it installed on my car, however the original owner said it was running fine and the person I purchased the CBE off of just had it removed

I haven't had it installed on my car, however the original owner said it was running fine and the person I purchased the CBE off of just had it removed from the car. He reported an exhaust leak from the gasket; it had NOTHING to do with the flattened portion of the mid pipe.
Just want to clarify the piping on these work just fine.
