Hey, honestly, you gotta give this fuckíng lowlife props through... He's good at what he does, he stole a brake set, resold it to 2 people, sold a turbo kit he didn't have, and stole a car through fraud!

Guys, I love you all, but c'mon, we all need to get smarter to not let shít get taken away from us! I wouldn't ship out a god damn oil filter without payment. (Well I lied, I sent 2 to help out a forum member, lol) but still, don't let yourself get scammed

That was the point of having this thread stickied... That and serving as a warning to potential scammers.

Edit: Also I don't think he is/was very good at what he does. He was caught almost instantly (here) and ruined pretty quickly. He didn't make any effort to conceal his identity and couldn't resist the urge to engage with people trashing him here - which ended up drawing more attention to himself.

I had a whole thing typed up here about how he could have gotten away with it but then realized I'd be providing a boilerplate for people to do this in the future so...yeah.

Funny thing.... I asked hyunsoo1803 in the Amuse thread to let me know if he was ever in Calgary, so I can check out his car. I had a thought of offering him a place to stay if he ever came to town, but then I thought "he could be a drug addicted, serial killer/rapist, I better not".

Well after reading this thread - hyunsoo1803 you can stay at my house anytime you want.

for 8K, yes it has known head gasket failure.

but the car is a freshly (puke coloured) painted Z, with a TT kit, and alot of great supporting mods. Original owner claims 40K in build receipts.

almost worth more in parts.

Im flying up to calgary to check this car out. Any words of advice on these cars? besides the blown headgasket, whatelse should i be looking for.

I will take pics of the car when im there.

Few days later the money disappears and the lawyers are furious. I've never seen some one so vengeful. So the lawyers harass the cops every day until they take the case. They impound the at July 26 which is why no pictures for the kit ever surface. The guy couldn't even get the turbos right (gt28rs). So I recover the car and the cops have laid charges on him for me and the lawyers. He was arrested last week - I don't know how long he will be in jail for / when he will actually go to court for the charges. I have conditionally sold the car to some one who knows the complete history. I will change my civil case to show a loss on sale and go after him and his gf (the car was registered to her and she knew it was stolen. Actually had the balls to call me about it).

So the turbo kit DID exist! It was a 350 HKS TT.
tl;dr Kristopher is indeed in jail. I told the guy I would email him your responses.
