I was reading a thread on another forum where he scammed the original BBK owner and they were trying to corral a mob to "politely" demand reimbursement or the property back. Quite doubtful it would happen but it was reassuring to see forum members having each others' back!

The best thing to happen without anyone breaking the law is to inform the Winnipeg, Regina, and the OPP of this event. This would ensure that the Courts are aware of his conducts and perhaps get a breach of probation or recognizance charge tacked on or additional jail time given that he appears to still be or might be facing charges for the other scam.

On another note, I am wondering how US Border Services are not aware of his criminal record if he is indeed traveling if he is going to Mexico via the US. The more the authorities are aware the better.
