Ok my guy is on this now. Gathering information for him. He seems to think the RCMP will take this on but if not there are other avenues we could pursue. I'm going to get all of this together and give it to him and see what happens.

Thief is revealed to be a guy from Canada (Brandon, Manitoba) named Kristopher Nicholas Hope who doesn't even own a 370z. He owns a 350z and has been stealing from car forums for a long time, He recently moved to Brandon from Winnipeg where he appears to have been incarcerated at least for a short time:

Couple things:

1) This guy's name is Kristopher Nick Hope

2) The Manitoba police are who you want. I got a call back from a nice lady today that told me that the case would need to be pursued there.

3) All that said, I don't think we will need to involve the police because of something you just told me. Someone else is going to do that for us - someone with a much bigger wallet :)

No such thing - there is the Brandon Police Department and the RCMP (equivalent to the FBI in the US), I'd go with the RCMP first because they have the most slugging power.
