I actually was going to defend you on this FS post as you did state that the compressor is defective along with the other deficiencies but your responses to Infiniti370z is really not appropriate.
If you did not know that the compressor was broken when you sold it to him originally, then you should have been the "bigger" man and refunded everything - including his shipping fees. He has every right to be pissed. You however, do not. You sold him a defective kit period and now on top of that patronizing him is uncalled for.
