this guy isnt stealing anything from any body... i traded my 18s for his original 19s he had.. than i guess he traded them for 19s ... But i know for sure this guy does not own a 370z so he really has no reason to be here other than selling these rims... And maybe he is just being really lazy about it... Its a pretty confusing thread so maybe it should be closed but this guy isnt a bad guy. Maybe he just hasnt been paying much atention to selling these, as the rims are prob at his storage place, and out of site out of mind.

Whatever though, I dont care what people think of him, I dont know him, I just know that I got a set of wheels off of him locally without any type of complications. He was 100 straight foward from what I could tell.

That's good -- because the more I thought about it, the more I thought that I really, really, really wouldn't want to buy anything from this person. Or even, be in the same room with him. Ever.

I feel bad too for the shill he's got trying to prop him up, but also!!1!!

WOW, I've never seen so many assumptions in one thread. To the guy in NJ, I never answered you because you offered me 800$ which is a lowball offer to me. I have numerous offers for over 1000$ and I'm not entertaining crack head prices. Yes I traded 19's to Chuck for his 18's plus cash, THEN sold those and added a few bucks for 19's again from another guy. Now I have 19's still for sale.

These are sitting in my storage place and honestly, I havent been in a huge rush to sell them since I was going to buy that TV from my friend, which I DID buy. I sucked it up and took cash out of the bank. I've been going snowboarding alot lately, eventually got sick and started school this week. I've just been busy with other aspects of my life as it does not revolve around this forum.

I guess I should posted "ACCEPTING A REASONABLE OFFER" because 800$ for pretty much perfect sport 19's is ridiculous.

Yes they're still for sale, I'll accept a reasonable offer. I'm not digging these things out behind my bike in storage for 1000$. They can sit until spring and I'll get 1500$ for them.

One more thing: I love how all of the sudden people on here call BS when sellers dont take their offers seriously. If I was selling a car for 30k and someone called me and offered 26k, even if internally I was willing to take 26k, I'd still be trying to get more for it everyday. And with lots of people PM'ing you, e-mailing, etc... Its easy to just let people sit while you go back and forth with others. I still have these wheels/tires for sale, they dont have 49 miles like JS1's had, they have a couple thousand on them. Theyre still for sale and available for local pickup.

I'm willing to sell just the tires but really prefer not too. If someone wants the tires for 500$ and offers to come 5 days later, then I may be willing to accept that, but I'm going to try to sell the set in the meantime before I actually get the tires removed. Just because I or anyone says theyre willing to accept a price doesnt automatically mean the item gets held indefinitely until the buyer can show up. If you want an item held, then you leave a deposit.

As far as the set goes, considering they're mint, I'd like to get 1500$ for them. Am I negotiable from that #?? Maybe but it depends on the day. If your going to offer me less then 1000$, You probably wont get an answer. And thats not because I'm BS'ing, its because I dont want to deal with cheapskates low balling me.

My, my. "The Sleeper Has Awakened." (Frank Herbert)

Let's get this straight -- an ad has run here for over six months. As recently as a week ago, it said, quote: "Best offer". Now we, uh -- what's the word? Need something for the crack pipe?

You'd really have to be SMOKING CRACK to even consider this. One -- They're NOT "mint". The pictures that were posted looked like a wellworn set of beaters with the summer treads more than half gone.

Two -- did someone say the owner doesn't even have a Z? WTF? Then how does he claim to know the set or rims hasn't been pounded into squares by the winter potholes on the Belt Parkway? Or did he just kinda eyeball them?

Three, the $800 cash offer was to make this thing go away, for all practical purposes. It was an over/under proposition; the worn rubber looked basically useless, but I was hoping a couple rims might be salvageable by someone in this Tristate area, and I was willing to warehouse them (halfway btw AC and NYC) until needed. I was willing to put the set on a Hunter balance to find out what was useable, and what wasn't.

My offer is withdrawn and the seller's name has been added to my TWIT FILTER. "Caveat Emptor."

LOL, how many times have you been told to get life in your travels?

Dont get all bent out of shape because I blew off your lowball offer. You did crack me up with this post, throwing out "Hunter" as your tire balancing machine of choice and so on. For you to say these wheels are worn out just goes to further prove your altered state of perception. You obviously have optical or intelligence issues to call these wheels "beaters".

NEXT, Why I'm even entertaining your retarded response is beyond me but YES Sherlock, I do NOT have a 370Z. My fiance' had one for a short period of time if you must know everything about me being the geek squad internet detective you are. That is where the original 19" wheels that Chuck bought came from. Then I traded his 19" wheels to a young guy from Eastport (about 90 mins away from the belt parkway) so I DOUBT they were abused on that road very often.

At the end of all of this, your a Debbie Downer who has nothing better to do then pollute my thread with your useless BS that NO ONE cares about and your not buying anything from me, not only because you dont want to, but also because I wouldnt sell you anything anyway. You could offer me 8000$ for the set of wheels/tires and I wouldnt take it. Why? Because your that annoying pain in the *** that will cry and take pictures and slander and whine about one wheel having a tiny mark on the inside of a wheel or something. Because your the toolbox washing, waxing and PARKING your 35k car in the driveway and at meets and never actually DRIVING it. So like MANY others have surely told you before, GET A LIFE AND GET OUT OF MINE.

I'm probably not going to be back tonight to respond to whatever dumbass concoction post you brew together after this, but I'll probably get it on my phone later tonight when I'm OUT with my FRIENDS, ENJOYING LIFE. These are things your probably not familiar with because your too busy playing farmville on facebook and looking for "free mods". C ya!

This thread is a bloody train wreck. And it's all your fault. I would not buy a newspaper from you.
