No problems at all. You might lose a little, and I do mean little amount of TQ but it makes just as great numbers as the rest. But you can gain the TQ back threw other mods.

It gains about ~7whp/4tq without silencers with no turbo
And gains about ~10whp/8tq with silencers with no turbo
