Are the bottom edges of the lugs free spinning, or are they solid molded?
Hopefully that makes sense...  Trying to see if these are like the Volk Formula Racing lugs or the Kics lugs and have free floating edges, or if these are solid metal.

They're solid, not like the Kics R40s that are free spinning. I had those too but sold them with my old wheels. These are lighter than the R40s but of course don't look as good.
