I'll take some pics when i get off work...the rubber grommet, is just like any grommet spacer you can find that will fit over the shifter.

I have the grommet, but am using it back with the stock shift knob. I'll try removing it and see if I can get the boot tucked up nicely to work with the stock knob and if I can...I'll include the grommet too.
