Ummmmm

1) unscrew (4) tube clamps
2) Unclip PCV connection
3) Remove old, install new

Are those just push on covers that go over the stock caps in the engine bay or are they actual billet replacement caps?

You don't...They are custom fabricated, insulated, and integrated with K&N cone filters. I make them..
