That's synolimit right? Wasn't there some huge flap over missing brakepads under extremly similar circumstances recently?

Also I didn't see him threaten anyone. He came off as a jerk or at least someone who's very upset but I didn't see any threats in that thread.

...and the slapfight continues. If Paypal is handling the dispute, you guys should probably just let them be the final arbiter and let it go. There's nothing to be gained by continuing to poop all over the forums. You've both stated your cases. Clearly, neither of you are going to back down right? Leave it up to the admins here and the paypal folks to resolve.

Hey man, I have no dog in this fight so take it or leave it - but for someone running a business, you're coming off as super hostile. Even giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you had two really unusual USPS snafus in less than 4 months, the way you're reacting to these situations is what's souring people on you and not the disputes themselves.

Because you own a business and are a forum sponsor and you shouldn't feel the need to degenerate into screaming matches with customers on public forums. It's a bad look, man. That's all I'm saying. You already said Paypal was handling it. Let them handle it.

There are plenty of other vendors here that utilize a "core swap" model.

So I am dealing with paypal for the past week on this issue. Bought a fender from Raymondo510 and the packaging just dented it and scratched it up. I have been trying to work with him, but i think it all could have been avoided had he packaged better. Yes That is how i received it, exactly like that.
