Another option is contacting Fly1. I know that they will cut aluminum of CF front diffusers based on whatever shape of cardboard you send them. May be you can draw

Another option is contacting Fly1. I know that they will cut aluminum of CF front diffusers based on whatever shape of cardboard you send them. May be you can draw what you need on a piece of cardboard and they van manufacture it for you.
