looking to buy set of OEM NISMO wheels,

this color would be IDEAL, but the silver one will work as well.
but it has to be this exact wheels

im from chicago, local is fine or i can drive out to get them/shipping works

You should specify what year and finish. There are two different OEM NISMO wheels. The earlier of which came in at least two different finishes that I'm aware of.

Have 2019 wheels with 11K on them and new tires with 1K miles on them.

Yeap,
The 2009 to 2012 had Silver Nismo Rays and the 2013-2014 had the gunmetal Nismo Rays like are in the picture posted above.
