looking to buy a passenger side seatbelt for a 2009 or compatible 370z. must not be locked or frayed.

You must be pretty ambivalent about your passenger if you're willing to trust their life to a secondhand seatbelt..

And to whoever may be thinking of selling, you're exposing yourself to legal liability even if you explicitly disavow any guarantees or warranties, and sell the belt "as-is."
