Stupid question but is this weighted by any chance? Does it feel any heavier than the stock knob? I used to have a TK heavy baby (that I absolutely loved)

Stupid question but is this weighted by any chance? Does it feel any heavier than the stock knob? I used to have a TK heavy baby (that I absolutely loved) so just curious how this would feel in comparison.
