Yes its 16 regular, 4 locking, 20 duraluminum black shells, locking socket and socket for duraluminum covers.

These lug nuts are genius. You put the base on which holds the wheels then you put the duralumniun portion over by hand and tighten with the tool so the top visible portion is always flawless
