HUGE PARTOUT! Lots of aftermarket parts

Are your custom pieces being mass produced? Fitment seem to be on point, also like how that spoiler is incorporated into oem and doesn't required removal of the stock one.

No, these parts are not being mass produced. As for the spoiler, it is not part of the poem spoiler. This aftermarket spoiler is its own spoiler, so you still do have to take off the poem spoiler.

How does that diffuser attach, is it just two-sided tape?

It uses the oem bolts at the ends of the bumper and then double sided tape as well.

Quite simple. I drilled a hole for each of the buttons. In order to take that triple button portion out of the center console, you have to take out the whole center console and unscrew it from the back. Drilling the holes isnt very hard, you just have to mark the holes so that you know the holes are centered for each of the buttons. Then all that is left is to wire the buttons.
