If you have no issues with stock, stay stock. The difference is that the clutch will not spring back as strongly. For me it gave me more modulation control.

How long did you run stock setup before you switched to the new spring?

All I can tell you is that It made a huge difference the way the clutch pedal felt to me. It made it way easier to shift between 1st and second gears. heck its only $24 and really easy to install and go back if you don't like it.
