OP was pretty clear that these are primed, vinyl wrapped and ready to install, which would make them a great value as compared to ones that are not ready to install. Besides, forum rules prohibit calling sellers out on prices.

Probably won't consider shipping it because these bumpers are BIG and don't want to go through all packaging and stuff. See If you have some local SoCal friends or members from the forum who is around the area can pick it up for u and ship it
