You'll have to call UpRev and ask them. Your best bet it to contact a Protuner and see how much a custom tune is because that will give you the license. You also need to know what type of cable the OP is selling (Cypher, Standard or Tuner). The abilities of the cable are limited based on what version it is you have.

so you can only just log and flash with it right? someone with a tune already could pull a log, send it to someone, get the tune modded, flash and go??? id be interested if it can do ALL that.
