its a 40lbs lighter then the stock one and has a nice tone to it when installed properly.

But you do realize its lighter then the stock one. I'm sure you might pick up a couple of hp but not much from the flow design on this. There is a huge difference sound and weight savings on this been done a couple times 350z and 370z owners.
