^ that's more driver than car. I can go out in a Mini Cooper and pass everyone in the green (first time at track) run group.
I've instructed a couple guys in FRS/BRZ and I've been very impressed with the car.

True enough.

What would you turn faster lap times in: a Mini, a BRZ or a 370Z?

Car seems very tailhappy for some reason, must be the Prius tires. Thanks drifters

Not at all, but I guess an objective conversation about the strengths/weaknesses of certain models isn't going to be found in a forum geared toward a specific model. You're right.

The BRZ is an excellent vehicle. It has it's weaknesses compared to the Z, just as the Z has its weaknesses compared to a Mustang 5.0, which is also an excellent vehicle. That's fine.

However, saying the BRZ is a "rear wheel drive corolla" is pure fanboyism, much like the resulting circlejerk.

Well.... the car IS based on the original corolla :ugh2: They eluded to it so many times during its development so I don't see what's wrong with calling it a corolla now.

the corolla is like a gasoline only version of a prius.

It might depend on which model Mini and 370z. A 370z with sport would be fastest because, brakes, LSD and better tires but a JCW Mini could be a good fight for a non sport 370z.

No one ever tries to race me when I'm driving my Z and I have been DD'ing it for over 2 years now! However, if anyone else ever drives my Z everyone tries to race against it. They must all have seen my timeslips :rofl2:

you're suppose to include RWD somewhere in there cause our cars are RWD.
RWD cars are automatically faster than ANY FWD cars. they have proof.
