Well my small but awesome MKV GTI just isn't cutting it anymore. While it's a great daily driver packing four occupants, a dog, and gear into it is just too painful for long distances.

I've been looking into a new Durango R/T, leather seats, 2nd row captains chair, Nav/back up camera, tow package, and of course the Hemi. Sounds great but gas mileage isn't the best, but we can tow anything or throw just about anything not it. I got two quotes for $36K.

The other car I was looking at....don't laugh or think I'm crazy is the new Elantra limited. Fully loaded, leather, Nav, back up camera, it's kinda roomy too. Not roomy like a Durango but all four of us can get in and be comfy. Quoted $24K.

What do you guys think? Get a used Porsche Cayenne Turbo?

If you feel like paying out the @ss for parts and maintenance, a Cayenne would be nice.

If you want to move four adults easily, why not consider a turbodiesel? (I know, it's probably just as or more expensive than other German cars, lol).

Or get a G37. Maybe with all wheel drive (G37x), maybe with a sports package (G37xS, G37S). Course, any Infiniti with AWD has no manual gearbox option.

Buy another 370z and affix a roof rack or shackles in the trunk.

I like the FX series. The family thinks the 2nd row Captain's chair are sweet. I like it because sometimes kids just need to be separated.

As far as my budget $45 would probably be my limit. Unless I happen to find a new CTS-V wagon, but then again that's too nice to have kids ruining the interior.

You should check out the new Infiniti JX35 crossover. I think that's a beautiful car . . .

The Infiniti fx35 kicks ***. It has plenty of power & its the right amount of luxury.

Get the new OPtima Turbo! Lots of Room & 274 hp & 34 MPG

TrailBlazer SS? New Jeep Grand Cherokee?
