My best stock pass was a 12.87 as well, albeit with a lower trap. If you can get these cars to hook up and the weather is cooperative they will really freakin' go. The best bone stock time I've seen was for a 3.31 gear auto in Florida. It was something like a 12.55 @ 114. :yum:

:tiphat: The 1922 is an awesome cigar. One of my favorites. I make sure I stock a handful of them in my humidor at all times. I am also a fan of the Padron Serie 1926. I try to keep a few of them as well.

The tech guy in me likes it and the idea of using technology properly in a car, but the car guy in me thinks it is over the top and could be toned down a bit and would be better.

Well, most of the mobile OS are very very stable especially when you run a single app for a specific purpose. I mean, most of your car is run via computer software today, but it is a single process running through specific hardware so failure is low.

Big mod day today. I replaced my stock seats with Ford Racing Recaro cloth/alcantara seats and swapped my HPS pads for Ferodo DS2500.

The seats are amazing. No more fighting to hold myself in place under hard cornering... these things keep me planted and allow me to focus on driving and nothing else. It's amazing how much of a difference a good seat will make in terms of improving your feel of a car. Well worth the $2k+ price tag. :eek:

I think I actually prefer the cloth/alcantara now. It's high quality material. Feels great, looks great, and more importantly it holds great. I am definitely happy with them just as they are.

The cloth/alcantara also don't get hot like leather does, so if it's 80 degrees out and you're cruising around with the a/c off your back won't get all sweaty.
