Honestly, I think the U.S is a bit too lenient on handing out drivers license.

And as for the flipping car.. I think she turned right into the wall. The car started going up so she countered the wheel. However, by that time, the car's momemtum had it flying up. Flippage occured in combination of the momentum and the wheel turning left.
