San Antonio being my hometown and USAA HQ location. Both are giving a "target" price and not a "USAA" price like before. Maybe USAA didn't get Shebly pricing or dealers in those areas? It's target price is is around $56000. And USAA is claiming a trade in value on my car of $33500.
