Thinking about staying emissions legal. Just want axlebacks. Feel like there is no middle ground between gt500 and Roush

I'm with you on that. While I like some of the benefits of mods which make performance cars "less than legal", I feel the risk and bother of fines and being stopped far outweighs the minimum benefits as it pertains to performance and/or appearance/sound.

Red, I think middle ground between those two are the FRPP sports, or Borla Touring or S-type. But IMO, too much $$$ for axlebacks.

The Roush at first sounded good, but after listening to a lot more clips, they're definitely too loud... and not in a good way either
