Whereas everyone else pulls in the 13.1 range, Hennessy can only pull a 13.6?

...couldn't be because that crook wants to make it seem like simply putting a Hennessy badge on the car drops the time by half a second

Probably doing like some other popular brands and doing an average time so they can boast better sales when they drop seconds off the 1/4 with their products. I think they did it on purpose so people would see 13.6 to 12.5 compared to 13.1 to 12.5 (example for reference).
