ive done these repairs before at my shop. Have a reputable shop do the repair because the steering column has to be somewhat taken apart and the new cable threaded

ive done these repairs before at my shop. Have a reputable shop do the repair because the steering column has to be somewhat taken apart and the new cable threaded into place. This certainly isnt an amateur job and needs to be done right. Depending on the cable price from the dealer, i could see this running you around... just a ball park... an hour of labor... around 100-200 bucks. But this is just a ballpark guesstimate, but it could be more depending on labor time and the part cost.
