I know I jumped on the Miata door bandwagon pretty quick, and it was pretty funny. But now it's starting to get old

you can add miata doors to the list of thing that can survive a nuclear blast, right next to cockroaches and twinkies.

when my mom was shopping for a small hatchback...the VW sales guy had the same sales pitch about the doors.....he slammed it with all his might, and he hung on the door (not to this guy's extent), but he rolled down the window, and pushed down with all his body weight. this was back in 2008 when we went to the dealership.......sure it's impressive that it withheld all of that.....but really? who slams their doors like that? and who will hang on the doors with all their body weight also????
