Maintenance isn't too bad, I do all my own so I'm not worried about the dealer premium. I bought a factory service manual so all the reference material I'll ever need is in hand. Insurance on the car runs me a little under $700 a year which is a tad higher than what I pay for my Z. I just turned 29 (car was a b-day present to myself LOL!) and have a good driving record and great credit. The one thing that makes these cars hard to attain is that most banks will not finance a car this old. If they do then chances are they won't give you anywhere near the full cost of the car. |

Banks tend to get real shaky past the 5-year mark on a car. However, the Viper could be argued as a collector item given production numbers and rarity. Depends on who you bank with. I bought my Z as a birthday present to my self, quite a coincidence! CONGRATS AGAIN, and happy birthday belated! We need some pics of that V10
