Porsche carefully scrutinizes the marketplace to regulate supply and control prices. They make no bones about it, and they are only going to deal so far before it becomes no deal. Maybe you should be looking at the used market as there you are more likely to find a better deal, but it will require you to privately sell your Z.

You could probably sell the Z quick for 26k and then either look for a used cayman or go make a deal directly with the dealership in CT and have them ship it down to you.
