With the choice of any car for $75k, why would you pick a Nismo 370Z? There are so many better choices for that budget. Some more questions though, is that $75k also going towards maintaining the car or are you going to pay for your own maintenance? This does make a huge difference in your options. Here are my choices if I was in your position:

$75k includes maintenance:
-If you want a Z, just get the Sport + Touring + Nav since your replacing the wheels, getting a body kit, performance mods and tune. If you're doing all this there is no reason to spend the extra money for a Nismo.

-I would definitely get the M3 in the coupe rather than the sedan. IMO it looks a lot better.

-Porsche Cayman S (new/lightly used) or used Porsche 911. P cars are engineered to be performance machines and since you have the budget for it, go for it.

$75k doesn't include maintenance:
-Used GT-R. GT-R is a beast, nuff said. You can find them in the $50k and $60k range.

-Any Ferrari/Lambo you can find in that price range. Not the most reliable or best choice, but still pretty bada$$.

-Corvette Z06. I'm sure you'll have fun driving this if you can handle it.

-Any Aston Martin. If you want luxury, comfort, and looks you can't go wrong with an Aston.

The car you should get depends on what you want out of it and what you're going to do with it. Do you want a nice looking luxury car or an all out track monster? Or maybe something in between. If it was me, I would get the GT-R, but that's because it's one of my favorite cars.
