Yep, and it is super cheap I hear.

Well, the kit itself is more expensive than the Z kits, but the Mustang does not require any other upgrades to handle the power (no clutch, flywheel, etc).

Well cheap meaning, from a factory and including a warranty.

Love it! The one I tested on Saturday was silver.

I'm giving my salesperson two weeks to locate a car for me with the spec I want, and if nothing comes up I'm putting my order in for a Kona Blue.

I see you didn't get the brembos, but what gear option did you choose?

Ah yes. It's also nice that you can go in and order your car from the factory with the blower and pick it up from the dealer already installed.

But compare that to a kit for our Zs... $6,000 plus supporting hardware. It's about even.

Plus there are going to be other options soon. The FRPP kits historically cost a little more than true aftermarket.

no brembo's, im in no need of brakes, I dont intend to track the car, other than the strip when i'm Whipple boosted :)

I ended up with the 3.55 gears, I felt the 3.73's were overkill for daily driven use, I appreciate every mpg I can get:tup:

Do realize, that is super cheap.
For a factory blower, with warranty, etc. is a great deal. You can get some kits for under 5k with the Mustang, but no warranty and some require other upgrades.

The one I tested had 3.55s and it still pulls f'n hard.

Since you are S/C'ing the car 3.55 is probably the best option.

That is the other thing, for under 8k you are on par with a GT500 other than body kit and the name tag.
