I don't think of it that way at all. Throw two extra cylinders on the VQ and you don't have anything similar to the 5.0. The 5 is just way too smooth.

Anyways, it's REALLY wide so I doubt it'd work in a Z. It would be cool if it could but an LS is going to fit much, much easier.

Yeah, my brother has a 5.0 and damn it drives smooth. The ride is also MUCH quieter. The 5.0 is a great car.
