I don't blame you at all Vegitto. I'd be more interested in a Mustang if the V6 variant (or even the V8 really) wasn't such a dime a dozen car

I don't blame you at all Vegitto. I'd be more interested in a Mustang if the V6 variant (or even the V8 really) wasn't such a dime a dozen car around here. I still like the styling of the 370Z way more, but I totally respect the performance of the Mustang 5.0.

I kinda have to agree with you a bit. The 370 is MUCH more distinctive and rare, but I'm way beyond worrying about what other people think. The only person I need to impress is me!

Yeah, I mean, I'm not THAT vain, but I don't think simply looking at my Mustang would put quite the grin on my face that my 370Z does almost every day I'm walking to it after a long days work. Then again hearing that V8 roar would give me a bigger grin than the VQ engine does, for sure.

On my 900 mile drive out to St. Louis I saw NO 370s or 5.0s. On my way home I saw two 370s and one other 5.0.
In Nova the Z is a popular car. There are more 350s than Mustang GTs and right now I see more 370s than I do 5.0s (though I know that will change).

Yeah, but how many V6 Mustangs did you see? I can't go a single day to/from work without seeing at least 5-10 of the newer models, mostly V6, but I can't tell the difference unless I'm looking close.

I see a bunch but the difference is very easy to tell for me. I can spot the difference between a GT and V6 from a mile away.

You're failing to see the point, clearly.

^^ i get both of your points. However, i think dreamer is right on this one. We only have 350z and 370z. None of our cars have a lower displacement option. While us 370 owners see quite a few 350's on the street. Its not like we see a 370z with a 4 banger on every corner.
