oh boy. another incredibly well informed and well travelled american very knowledgeable about the affairs of other countries

just so you know, most arab countries do not float on a sea of oil and are actually not rich at all but quite poor. only the countries on the arabian gulf have oil. and even in these countries, there are still many poor people. contrary to the stereotype of the rich oil sheikh so prominent in western media, as a percentage of the population the amount of rich arabs is probably about as much as rich americans, if not even less.
