do u guys know if the Enkei TS10 clears the STI bbk?

if i cant find a mint factory set, might get a set of these with snows mounted later this year if they clear. they come in 18x8.5 ET50 so fairly close to stock.

I was going to look into that big company you see on TV alot that makes the mats and put some in my Z even though its more of a Garage queen anyhow as I ride my sport bike and drive my older Honda more. As we dont get snow here in Florida....usually, I shouldnt have to worry about any of that junk. I am more worried about kids trashing the back or spilling things in it!

kids only make a mess if you taught them that way. my kids do not eat or drink while in the car and they know not to touch anything including the glass. :) it's clean in my cars.

were talking babies, they dont know any different. And you KNOW mom will try to feed him when were going places whether I say no or not! lol

like i said, i speak from experience. :icon17:

sure they might throw up on themselves and child seats, etc but it doesnt explode out like EW after eating tacohell.. :ugh:
honestly there was not once where i had to clean up the actual car. :) child seat covers are machine washable.

thanks, DSLTR! i thought about that wing quite a bit before i made the purchase, and my conclusion was (still is) that an STI requires that big wing to be an STI.

my wife even said that the wing didnt bother her. it looks natural on the car and would look too bland without it. :D

Congratulations Kenchan. Nice color!!! But the Brian O'Connor F&F wing really? Lol

Here's some nostalgia for your wing!! :rofl2:

I guess it gives a non aspirated engine better performance?:bowrofl:

think im going to order up some prodrives. :D

i always keep at least 2 sets of wheels with tires at all times per car, so nothing less for the STI. not sure which tires to wrap yet though..

Niche79 02-17-2016 02:57 AM

But the wing comes stock, not a aftermarket wing like Amuse for the 370z! Wings are fun if they are right:) Besides, you drive down any street with a WRX and a wing and everyone goes STI!!! Right away:)

hey do u guys know if there is any ill effects of having the TPMS light come on? Like not being able to disable stability control and stuff like that?

I ask because im getting new tires wrapped on my prodrives this weekend and dont want to install TPMS sensors unless i really need to. i dont care about the error light coming on.

on my honda fit, my car wont allow me to turn off stability control when the TPMS light is on.. :ugh:

kenchan 02-18-2016 09:40 AM

no one? :ugh:

:icon17: i should get the programmer.. but since it appears there is no ill effects from the TPMS being on, besides the error light, i think im just going to get the standard valves installed on the prodrives as i can't see myself going to the dealer back and forth each time i swap wheels.

I will use the prodrives for a few months and then swap back to the factory wheels.

they arrived today and already have an appointment on saturday to get them wrapped with DWS06. :p last big trip on my Fit before its sold, i suppose. kind of bittersweet.

Niche79 02-19-2016 02:14 AM

Id get the TPMS but thats just me.
