0-60 in 6.4 seconds is what one review said.. all the others said, 0-60 in 5-5 seconds.

Try finding the worse stats you could with a 370z. Not a luxury G37.

Actually the other tests have been:
# Motor trend review 0-60 : 5.5 sec
# Car and Driver review 0-60 : 5.7 sec
# Popular Mechanics review 0-60 : 5.8 sec
# Edmunds.com review 0-60 : (1st record) 6.4 sec: (retest record) 5.9 sec

So by average you are looking at 5.725

you as a driver should know that stats on paper mean nothing. real world comparison. i cant find any proper comparisons on video. the only thing i can find is the comparison to the G37 Sport which is a very similar car to the Z.

I also think that Genesis and the Genesis Coupe are similar cars.

p.s. the gen coupe in that video looked like a pile of shi*. lol. i hate the look of this car in videos and pictures. in person the track model looks so much better.

Compared to a stock 370z which runs just below 5 or at 5, you are talking almost a whole second.

Z - .99G
Gen coupe - .92G
Z - 104ft (60-0)
Gen coupe - 114ft (60-0)
Z - 12 (0-100)
Gen coupe - 14.2 (0-100)

Not looking good.

no, what matters is real world comparisons.

would love to see both cars lap times around the nurburgring. the Z would edge it out because it is a very fast track but I think you guys would be surprised. the Z would beat the gen coupe 3.8 track by no more then 10 seconds..

Those figures means nothing to OP. Unless it's the other way around.

Winning is winning. No matter by .1 seconds or 10 seconds.

And besides, 10 seconds on track is large number.

comparison on the track is what matters. when numbers are close like that it means nothing.

THIS IS A CHALLENGE. I am more then willing to drive the 2 1/2 hours up to Lime Rock Park in Connecticut and race and compare lap times. Anyone? Would love to have witnesses and video as well. if i get beat i will admit defeat and leave you guys be.

What is 10 seconds, .5 miles or 1 mile (on the ring)?
