See, these are the comments we are talking about. So far this thread has been civil, you posting about your gen coupe times trying to prove your car might be faster against a stock Z, etc. Yet you go and ruin it by posting this, yes his comment was not on-topic, but it was a joke. See how people are laughing at it, so no, they are not "threatened" by you.

Well to be "fair," you should be comparing your track gen coupe to the track Z then (which is called Nismo), but even still. The gen coupe in all magazine/online/etc. have shown the gen coupe falls short in all categories other than one, price.

The reviewers either are all wrong or out to get Hyundai, while they praise the car for being a great first go, the reviews always end with: "You get what you pay for."
If you want it all then you pay for it in a Z or even a Porsche (for the next level), but if you are on a budget then the gen coupe can fill the void while not killing your wallet. But do realize you are not going to best the car above you (i.e. the Z).

*Comparisons are all stock to stock*

ok lets compare it to the Nismo. what is the real price of the nismo at now? :roflpuke2: with that price difference of almost 20k i could do quite a but to the gen coupe to make it faster.

Looks about like a G35, not bad, but not going to take any 370Z on any course anytime given equal drivers.

Nismo current invoice price (which has been what majority of people are paying) is 37,500 or so (depending on the couple of extra items you can add).

you took the worse stats you could find and posted them. take a look at other stats people here have posted.
0-60 in 6.4 seconds is what one review said.. all the others said, 0-60 in 5-5 seconds.

I took the first full review of the Genesis TRACk model I found, given by a group that has also tested the 370Z multiple times. You simply can't go in with more weight, less horsepower and poorer handling and win. The best test ever of the coupe falls far short of the worst test of the 370Z on every count except back seat room. Not even if lala-fairly land will our car win, sorry. :D

How much more is the G37?

Here is a proper comparison. Not slant.

don't forget, Professional Crashers results may vary.

this is the closest we are going to get to a real world comparison right here. 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 vs 2009 Infiniti G37 Coupe Comparison Video

remember, never said the Gen Coupe was faster. i said the gen coupe has certain advantages over the Z that may well surprise you on certain tracks.
