I don't know if any amount of FI is safe for a stock bottom end. There's always wear and tear when you go that route. Stock g35 with those low

I don't know if any amount of FI is safe for a stock bottom end. There's always wear and tear when you go that route. Stock g35 with those low miles is probably worth around 12k. Mods don't really add value to the car for most buyers though. If you know the car hasn't been abused and has other mods you find valuable, I'd say it's a good deal.
