2006 G35 Twin Turbo need advice

Hey everyone, long time no post for me.
Question for all of you, a friend of mine is selling a 2006 G35 coupe with 78k. It has a APS twin turbo kit with garret turbos, fully tuned and installed at Z1 MOTORSPORTS.

The build only has 20k miles, with no bottom end work.
I'm interested in taking it off his hand just as a toy
MY questions are
1) Is that amount of power safe for a stock bottom end?
2) what do you think this thing is worth? it's custom lakeshore blue color interior and exterior have really no blemishes.
3) I can take it off his hands for 13.5K, is that a solid deal or should I stay away? I love the car and he doesn't really use it that's why im considering.

Thanks for any feedback in advance

IIRC, VQ35DE rule of thumb is not to exceed 450 whp because the rods are fairly weak. Back then the safe tune was under 400 whp. The APS kit is sweet, though. It was my dream kit.

Also check to see if there's an intake plenum spacer installed like the one from MotorDyne. IIRC, the cylinders closest to the firewall usually end up running lean due to a "defect" in the design of the OEM metal intake plenum.

[EDIT] IMO... for 13.5k, you can use that money to fund turbocharging your 370Z.

I don't know if any amount of FI is safe for a stock bottom end. There's always wear and tear when you go that route. Stock g35 with those low miles is probably worth around 12k. Mods don't really add value to the car for most buyers though. If you know the car hasn't been abused and has other mods you find valuable, I'd say it's a good deal.
