Almost, but not quite

TBH, it's a bit of a different world to a Veloster - to give you an idea this thing went around the Nurburgring Nordschleife in 7m:54s (in the top spec 275 Trophy-R version), which makes it the fastest production FWD car in the world.

That's quicker than a Ferrari F430 F1 was in 2006 when it was driven by a German pro driver. Or, in other words, just about on par with the 2008 Nissan GT-R. See list of lap times below:

not sure, im not really familiar with civics. but chances are they probably will have the rear motor driven SH-awd.

From what I recall this was done with a non production motor, a roll cage (added rigidity), and a stripped interior. Definitely super fast but I don't think accurate to a production car.

Very very impressive nonetheless

Have to say though I'm not a fan of that Civic R look, especially the back end - the wing is, as we say here, a little bit full-on
