I am in Issaquah (live on tiger mountain). By the way, I don't hydroplane at all. I bit the bullet and swapped the OEM tires for Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus (at Sam's club in Renton). It made all the difference. Even in the recent heavy rain the car was as solid as it is on dry pavement. Given how much wet weather we get, it was a very good investment. Bob
