credit union recommendation??

I'm ready to switch from bank of america to a credit union. Boa began charging me for having a checking account after probably 20 years. Anyone know of a credit union that has those atm where I can deposit my checks into, I also need a bank with lots of locations? I'm leaning towards boeing credit union.

BECU is pretty darn good and they've got lots of ATMs up in the northend. Woodstone CU is another good one that "owns" my Z at the moment but their branches are all down in Federal Way. They're also a part of the same co-op network that BECU uses so there's lots of ATMs up here, mainly BECU ones.

I signed up with bcu. I see that I can scan my checks with my scanner and deposit it online. If this works then this is going to be easier than it was with boa.
