also theres a drift event at bremerton motorsports park october 3rd. thinking about entering if i can find some rear spares.
AND the 25th and 26th is the final test and tunes for the season so i think i wanna take the 370 down for a pass before it gets mods.

I'm creeping past 2K miles now. Has anyone found a good place to go for service?

my dealer is mod friendly if that helps. tell them you only want jeremy i believe is his name to service your car. hes the gtr tech and does most of the aftermarket installs
oh and 2k? im almost at 1k. gonna change out the oil at 1k with nissan ester and redline engine trans and diff at 3k though the car probally wont see 3k till next year unless i take my road trip

Brilliant silver from edmonds, the same place I got my last z. I plan to order coilovers as soon as I get my car and it probably will take 2 weeks to receive them. I plan to give myself about 4 hours to do the install but I only need help removing 4 bolts, which should only take 1 hour. You don't have to stay for the entire duration if you like. Thanks

Have you thought of getting an exhaust? I'm thinking of getting the berks, sounds really good and no drone. I think I will add myself to the group buy after someone gives it a good review.

My purchased list so far ....yet to be installed:

GTM oil cooler
Seibon OEM hood
FI resonated test pipes and exhaust with 18" CF resonators.

Mid January I have a couple track friends who are going to assist with the exhaust and oil cooler install. I may get the hood install done this Saturday.

If you wait on the exhaust purchase you'd be able to hear the FI system first hand.

That's the best looking exhaust, careful you don't damage the canisters going over speed bumps.

if you guys need install help ive done pretty much anything you can do to a car (see signature, i dont reallly like to do electrical but i can help)

as for the cf hood. i wouldnt replace the aluminum hood with cf unless its lighter. but i do remember your road hazzard incident so i think this is justified :D

Hey Nikon, here's an outta left field question: were you at XXX Root Beer on a Saturday in late February last year? I had tried to organize a Titan meet but only one other guy showed and after seeing all the Z-cars there, he commented on bringing the wrong car!

Oh yeah, there were a few wicked Mustangs there that day. A real nice fastback 347 'Stang pulled in just as I was leaving.

If the weather ain't too bad, I may drive down to the meet. My sister has been bugging me to show her the Z and she's in the neighborhood anyways.

I'm always down for a meet. I went down to Celebration Park today down in F-Dub, got there around 12:20-ish and met a fellow with a Prelude. And that's it, place was a desert, could've hooned around the parking lots and no one would've noticed.:(

A good place for a meet is the old joes right behind Bellevue Nissan. On a dry Saturday morning is best for me.

I didn't get out on his boat but did go on a few rides with Alan when he was still in riding shape. We did a nice 70 mile ride out and around Port Orchard that was pretty fast. For an "old" guy he sure could kick everyone's butt on the bike......the days:tup:

Sunday's are a bit busy for me so Golden Gardens may not be possible. A XXX Rootbeer meet with a bunch of Zs would be good or picking a Saturday morning (when its sunny) at the Borders/Starbucks parking lot in Tukwila would also be good.

I just installed FI resonated test pipes with the FI exhaust including the 18" CF resonators.....it is something to hear.

A lot of the same clunkers shows up for that meet. I'm avoiding that meet.

Just throwing this out there: Feb 27th, Borders Books/ Starbucks just South of REI in Tukwila,.... the "Cars and Coffee" meeting place. Thoughts?
