Hey I just installed a Kenwood DNX7100 and got everything to work except for the cd/dvd drive. When I put a disc in, it would say disc error. How would

Hey

I just installed a Kenwood DNX7100 and got everything to work except for the cd/dvd drive. When I put a disc in, it would say disc error. How would I go about fixing this? Thanks
